Each piece from Kelly Kates Design Studio is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted specifically for your vision. Because these items are custom-made and cannot be resold, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We guarantee your order against any damage incurred during the shipping and delivery process.

• Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your piece immediately. Any damage or concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Repairs: If an item arrives with scuffs or chips, we will arrange for it to be returned to our studio and repaired at no cost to you.

• After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, Kelly Kates Design Studio is no longer responsible for damage sustained in the home.

Note on Natural Materials: Our furniture is crafted from authentic wood and materials that require care. While we build for longevity, our warranty does not cover scuffs, chips, or "normal wear and tear" that occur through regular use after the delivery window.
