What quality material should I look for?

We want your custom pieces to look as stunning in five years as they do on delivery day. When we begin our design consultation, we’ll help you navigate our curated fabric options to find the perfect match for your home's "traffic patterns."

For your kitchen and dining seats, we’ll steer you toward high-durability performance fabrics that handle spills with ease. For lower-impact areas like headboards, we can explore softer, non-performance textiles like artisanal linens. By matching the right fabric to the right piece, we ensure your home remains both sophisticated and practical.

How long does the process take?

The timeline for your custom piece largely depends on how quickly you select your fabrics. Generally, once the fabric order is placed, production takes about 4 to 6 weeks. The most common cause of delays is fabric availability; if a fabric is on backorder, I will inform you promptly so you can choose an alternative. I prioritize moving orders through efficiently, so you can be confident that your piece is always in progress whenever all materials are on hand.

What does Shipping look like?

Your custom order ships via our trusted White Glove or Freight partners for one consistent flat rate. Whether we’re delivering a single chair or a full dining set, you’ll receive the same high-touch service without fluctuating costs. We’ll reach out with a delivery estimate before your items ship so you know exactly when to expect your new furniture.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Because every piece we create is custom-tailored to a specific style, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every item, but if your furniture suffers any damage during transit, please let us know within 24 hours. We will gladly bring the piece back to our workshop to repair any scuffs or chips that occurred during shipping.
